AI platforms
Copilot is Microsoft's AI assistant. It searches Bing to answer questions, so the businesses it names are the ones Bing can find and confirm. And it is in front of everyone who uses Windows or Microsoft 365 at work.
What your customers ask Microsoft Copilot
Find me a reliable commercial cleaning company in Chicago.
It names two or three businesses. We find out why it chose them, and close the gaps that keep you out.
How it chooses
Copilot uses Bing search results to answer questions that need current information, and cites the pages it used. For local businesses, Bing draws on Bing Places and its own index. Many businesses have never claimed their Bing Places listing or checked how Bing sees their website, which leaves Copilot with less to go on.
The sources
The work

The same work helps on every one. We check each of them.
